HOW TO USE?
MIX THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
1. Take Dr. Gluten – Multigrain Gluten Free Platinum Chapati Flour / Atta and add warm water and little milk.
KNEAD THE DOUGH
2. Kneed the dough tightly with hand for eight to ten minutes.
LET IT REST
3. Let the dough rest for 20 (twenty) minutes.
MAKE AND ENJOY GOL ROTIS
4. Pin round chapatis and serve hot & soft chapatis.
